I. Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order, as confirmed by the shipping carrier’s tracking information. If you wish to initiate a return, you must contact us and have your item postmarked for return within this 30-day period.
This window gives you ample time to inspect your purchase and ensure it meets your expectations. Beyond this 30-day limit, we may be unable to process returns or issue refunds.
II. Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return and a subsequent refund, every item must strictly adhere to the following conditions. Items returned that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and sent back to the customer, or a partial refund may be applied:
Original Condition: The product must be in the exact condition in which you received it. This means the item must be unused, unworn, and have no signs of damage, washing, stains, alterations, or misuse.
Intact Packaging: All original protective packaging (e.g., plastic bags, boxes, inner wrapping) must be included and in good condition.
Tags Attached: All original tags, labels, and instructional inserts must still be fully attached to the garment or product in their original location. Items returned without tags will not be accepted.
Proof of Purchase: A copy of the receipt, packing slip, or other proof of purchase (such as the order confirmation email) is required.
III. Cases Eligible for Return & Full Refund (Errors on Our Part)
Boysense takes full responsibility for any errors or defects caused during our production or service process. If your return is based on any of the following issues, you will be eligible for a full refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping:
Manufacturing Defects: Issues like misprints, faded colors, poor-quality printing, improper stitching, holes, or unexpected fabric marks/stains on the garment.
Design/Text Errors: Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, or incorrect graphic placement where the error was introduced by our production team and differs from the final design proof you approved (if applicable).
Wrong Item Received: Receiving a product that is incorrect in terms of color, size (different from what was ordered), style, or design compared to your original order confirmation.
Other Service Errors: Any other demonstrable error caused by our internal service or fulfillment process.

IV. Cases Not Eligible for Return or Refund (Errors on Customer’s Part)
Due to the custom or personalized nature of many of our products, Boysense unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds for issues that are the result of decisions made by the customer during the ordering process.
Incorrect Size Selection: Choosing the wrong size, color, or style when placing the original order. Please consult our detailed size guides before ordering.
Custom Text/Spelling Errors: Any spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, or incorrect personalized information provided by the customer during the submission of custom text or design elements. We print exactly what is submitted.
Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want the item after the order has been processed or received.
Minor Color Variations: Slight differences in color between the image displayed on your digital screen (which can vary based on monitor settings) and the physical product.
V. Refund Process and Timeline
Initiating the Return: To start a return, please email us at support@boysense.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary return address and instructions.
Shipping the Item: You are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the return. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Inspection and Notification: Once your return is received at our facility, our Quality Control team will thoroughly inspect it to ensure it meets all eligibility requirements (Section II). We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the item.
Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, as processing times can vary between banks and credit card companies.

Original Shipping Charges: The original cost paid for shipping your order is non-refundable.
