Q: Is my payment information safe? A: Absolutely. Boysense uses industry-standard encryption. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers; all payments are processed directly through secure, world-class payment gateways.

2. Shipping & Tracking

Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a Tracking Number via email or SMS. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive? A: * Processing Time: 2–5 business days (custom items may require an additional 1–3 days).

  • Delivery Time: Typically 5–12 business days for domestic U.S. orders after processing is complete.

3. Changes & Cancellations

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? A: We offer a strict 4-hour window from the time of purchase to request any changes (size, address, etc.) or cancellations. After 4 hours, your order automatically enters our production queue and cannot be altered. Please email us immediately at support@boysense.com with the subject: "URGENT: Order #[Order Number] Change/Cancellation."

4. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy? A: We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please visit our [Return Policy] page for full details.
