To qualify for a refund, all returned items must meet the following criteria:

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Customer Errors: Incorrect size selection, spelling mistakes in customization, or incorrect shipping addresses.

  • Display Variations: Minor color differences due to different monitor/screen settings.

  • Signs of Use: Items that show wear, alterations, or damage after delivery.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return reaches our facility, we follow a strict timeline to ensure you get your funds back quickly:

  1. Inspection (3–5 Business Days): Our Quality Control team inspects the item upon arrival.

  2. Approval (Same Day): You will receive an email notification as soon as the inspection is complete.

  3. Initiation (Within 14 Business Days): Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via PayPal.

  4. Bank Processing: The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends entirely on your financial institution.

4. Exchanges: Damaged or Defective Items

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.

  • Eligible: Manufacturing defects or damage sustained during transit. (Photos must be submitted to support).

  • Ineligible: Changes in size, color preference, or style after the 4-hour modification window has passed.

  • Out of Stock: If a replacement is unavailable for a defective item, a full refund will be issued.

5. How Refunds Are Issued

  • Original Method: Refunds are always routed back to the original payment source (Credit Card/PayPal) used at checkout.

  • Security: All refunds are processed through PayPal’s secure system for your protection.
