We offer a generous window to ensure you are satisfied with your items.

  • Return Period: 30 days from the date the carrier marks the package as delivered.

  • Eligibility: The return package must be postmarked within these 30 days.

  • Exceeding the Window: Returns or refunds requested after 30 days may not be accepted.

2. Item Eligibility Requirements

To ensure a successful return, items must meet the following criteria:

3. Our Quality Guarantee

If the mistake is ours, we take full responsibility. Boysense will cover all costs (including shipping) for the following:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Misprints, stitching issues, fabric flaws, or stains.

  • Incorrect Product: You received the wrong size, color, style, or graphic compared to your order.

  • Printing Mistakes: Misaligned text or incorrect design production.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

Because many of our products involve custom production, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customer Errors: Incorrect custom text, size, or color selected during checkout.

  • Change of Mind: Personal preference or style changes after the order has been processed.

  • Screen Variations: Minor color differences between your digital display and the physical product.


5. How to Start a Return

Follow these steps for a smooth return process:

  2. Get Instructions: Our team will provide the correct return address and specific instructions.

  3. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. After We Receive Your Return

  • Quality Review: Once received, our team performs an inspection within 3–5 business days.

  • Refund Issuance: Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: It typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
