1. Order Processing Time

Before your order is shipped, our team carefully verifies details, inspects product quality, and ensures secure packaging.

  • Standard Processing: 2–5 business days.

  • Business Days: Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays).

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Custom & Bulk Orders:

    • Customized Items: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for personalized designs.

    • Bulk Orders (50+ units): Processing may take 7–10 business days depending on production capacity.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once processed, your package is handed over to our trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).

  • Standard U.S. Delivery: 5–12 business days.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), carrier delays may occur. We recommend placing gift orders 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure timely arrival.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer a simple, predictable shipping rate for all domestic orders:

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: $6.99 USD

4. Shipping Restrictions

Due to logistical constraints, we currently do not ship to:

  • Alaska and Hawaii.

  • U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa).

  • P.O. Boxes.

  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a Tracking Number via email or SMS.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
