1. The 4-Hour Flexibility Window (Crucial)

We provide a strict 4-hour window immediately after an order is placed for any modifications or cancellations.

Why 4 hours? After this period, our system automatically releases your order to the production floor. Once materials are allocated and designs are prepared, the order is "locked" and cannot be altered.
What you can change within 4 hours:
- Update shipping address.
- Change size, color, or style.
- Correct custom text or replace uploaded images/files.
- Cancel the entire order for a full refund.

2. No Changes After 4 Hours

Once the 4-hour window expires, the order is considered final. At this stage, we cannot process requests for:

Cancellations or refunds.
Design, size, or color adjustments.
Address changes (as the shipping label may already be generated).

3. How to Request an Urgent Change

To ensure your request is seen before the deadline, you must contact us via email.

Subject Line: Must be "URGENT: Order #[Your Order Number] Change/Cancellation"
Details to include: Your full name, order number, and a clear description of the specific change needed.

4. Address Accuracy & Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. Please double-check:

Street numbers and apartment/suite units.
City, State, and ZIP code.
Spelling of all fields.

Consequences of Incorrect Addresses:

Re-shipment Fees: If a package is returned to us due to an "Insufficient Address" or "Recipient Moved," the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Delivered to Wrong Address: If a package is delivered to the address you provided at checkout, Boysense is not responsible for replacements or refunds. We cannot retrieve packages once the courier has completed delivery.
